Since the beginning of 2013, 13 young Primorye residents under the age of 30 years got grants to develop their own business. Financial support to young people was provided from the regional budget under the sub-program "Development of small and medium-sized businesses in the Primorsky Krai", says the official website of the regional administration

The Department of Labor and Social Development of the Primorsky Krai noted that one of the priorities of youth employment in the labor market is the involvement of young people in entrepreneurship. Financial support in the form of grants allows young businessmen to realize the initiative to create their own business. These funds can be used as start-up budget for the implementation of the business project or in order to obtain the necessary knowledge and skills for doing business.

Employment centers are ready to offer the unemployed, including those under the age of 30, another opportunity to start their own business. As part of self-employment promotion experts are testing applicants, assist in the development of business plans, and provide an opportunity to use communication channels and office equipment. If necessary, training on general and specialized knowledge for different types of activity is organized.

In addition, a young entrepreneur can get a one-time financial support from the regional budget for state registration, as well as the preparation of statutory documents, payment of state duty for company registration, certification for the right to engage in individual activities, the acquisition of blanks documentation, manufacturing of seals and stamps.

In 2013, 145 young people got the public service to promote self-employment. 32 of new entrepreneurs under the age of 30 took advantage of the financial support.
