On Advertising

The goals of this Federal Law is the development of markets for goods and services on the basis of the principles of fair competition in the Russian Federation to ensure the unity of economic space, the realization of the rights of consumers to receive fair and accurate advertising, creating favorable conditions for the production and dissemination of social advertisements warning of violation of legislation Russian Federation on advertising, as well as suppression of evidence of improper advertising.
